Founder Dinesh Arora says the idea took root on Thursday evenings in Old Delhi, India, watching his father at sacred qawwali gatherings. Then, filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali\u2019s blend of Mughal grandeur and Moroccan subtlety later gave that memory its architecture. This is a restaurant built like a film set that decided to also serve dinner.
