Daksha is extremely personable, knowledgeable and knows how to put your mind at ease. She really understood the vision for the wedding given it was fusion/ two separate events and recommended great suppliers - and she worked so well with my parents too, even when there were lots of last minute queries and intricacies. We originally found Daksha (Boss Lady Events) via an Instagram story. Having a wedding planner for our Indian wedding was very much important to us from the start as we knew we would not have the time to plan and execute a wedding to perfection due to our busy working lifestyle. What attracted us to Daksha was that she offered an initial ‘Ask Daksha’ session where we arranged a video call with her as a couple and with our families to ask all about the wedding planning services she offered in detail. This allowed us to get to know Daksha as an individual and build a good relationship from the start of our wedding planning journey. Daksha came on board from the very start, where she not only recommended but happily came along to all our venue site visits (which ended up being multiple!) with both our families, providing her expertise along the way. Nothing was ever to much for Daksha to say the least. Daksha was always contactable around the clock and whenever we had any queries she would prioritise actioning them straight away. She always has the best interest for the couple and their families. We were very impressed with her attention to detail throughout, her robust communication with all our suppliers, the development of our comprehensive itinerary which was executed perfectly on the wedding day. It wasn’t just on the big day Daksha worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran smoothly, it was all the hours she put in speaking to suppliers, DJ etc weeks/days leading up to the big day to ensure it was perfect! Daksha, where do we even start. From our very first meeting we just knew we wanted you to help bring our vision to life and you made it happen effortlessly. It’s a real struggle with both of us having busy jobs and planning a wedding at the same time. You just took all that stress off us and did all the coordinating with our venue, suppliers and on the day planning. You truly are incredible and made our day run so smoothly. Most importantly you kept us both feeling calm, we just knew you had it all covered. Our families couldn’t praise you enough as you made them also feel comfortable, you had it all under control. We cannot thank you enough for everything Daksha. What a dream it was to work with you. We miss you already now that it’s all over!! here is your facebook review: If there was one thing that was clear in our mind as soon as we decided on the wedding date was to book Daksha. After seeing her work at one of our friends’ weddings, we had no doubt in our mind that we wanted Daksha on board for our son’s wedding too. From the first phone call, Daksha and I connected well and she understood exactly what our requirements are and she went through every tiny detail with us. The best thing was she was a hands-on person, always available to take your call or answer your messages and give valuable advice. She is very thorough, patient to your needs, empathetic, gets the best of everyone and FIRM too. Additionally, Daksha also did the decor at the venue for us and it was magical. We wanted classy, simple botanical theme and she delivered it with such perfection. She also helped with all the stationary design and printing in line with the theme. She was in touch with all the suppliers prior to the event, and they looked to her for instructions on the day itself. This is her first South Indian Nikkah ceremony and she travelled this journey hand in hand with us and made it one of the most successful joyous events. She enabled us to have a complete stress free, enjoyable occasion for the whole family and the guests.
