My Dad enlisted her services for my brother's wedding at Sri Venkateshwara Balaji Temple and civil ceremony at San Fraaed House, UK . I was impressed by her dedication to travel to venues across the country and communicate to large, diverse groups of people on various platforms. We sat down for lunch in a remote venue in the countryside and Daksha brought her laptop so was able to co-ordinate plans/schedules and offer constructive advice. She genuinely cares for the needs of the family, friends and couple during the wedding and is a vital part to creating a wedding that runs like clockwork.

Daksha came to us with an excellent recommendation from one of our good friends . We had done some ground work for the wedding by the time Daksha came on. It was at a time when you realise that so much more had to be done when Daksja came in.. Honestly if she had nor stepped in then the wheels would have come off ! We saw for the first time how she got everything nicely documented with her excel charts , was very meticulous with the details and gave us a clear plan of action with dates . Clearly , she was able to quickly reach out to both our family and the brides' family and she was so wanted by all of us . A wedding as you may know needs meticulous planning on the ine side and execution on the other. I sincerely believe that Daksha had everything covered .She turned it into an unbelievable wedding ! My guests were guests were so happy . We were blessed to have Daksha with us .

From the very first conversation with Daksha I was immediately impressed by her professionalism and articulation. It was highly evident to me that Daksha had come from a corporate background because of how impressive and component she is. I think her consulting background is one of the reasons she is able to navigate wedding planning so exceptionally well. This is an extremely demanding and stressful job. It goes far beyond the glamour of the big day, to execute the role well requires a very strong and diverse skillset. Daksha has this in abundance. Throughout the entire wedding process Daksha was outstanding: composed, diligent, visionary, supportive, kind, meticulous, strong minded (when required) and the absolute heart of the wedding. We had a blended wedding and she navigated differences beautifully and acted as the conduit between parents, couples and cultures. She supported not only the immediate family, but our wider family and friends too. She invested hours of her time in logistics, I couldn’t believe the amount of time she put into us - nothing was too much for her. Our wedding fell across three days and three locations around the UK. It involved coaches and the transportation of hundreds of international guests. Often we were on zoom calls till very late at night, Daksha did settle for less than perfection. Whilst Daksha is an exemplary wedding planner what distinguishes her from others is her loving personality and sincere care for clients. She is the kindest lady - so very caring, open, compassionate and inclusive. Personally for me she was my strength and guidance during the temple wedding where I felt extremely out of my depth. Daksha remained with me throughout supporting me and her smile guided me through the service. All of our guests adored Daksha, she quickly became a key person in our wedding and a bright light of positive energy flooding through the days. Daksha led our suppliers and cared for them all so very well. She is such a warm and kind lady that wants the best for everyone. I never felt wedding blews, but I felt Daksha blews as the wedding came to a close as I realised how much I would miss her! I know for certain the wedding would not have been the same without her and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to get to know her and work alongside her. We originally found Daksha (Boss Lady Events) via an Instagram story. Having a wedding planner for our Indian wedding was very much important to us from the start as we knew we would not have the time to plan and execute a wedding to perfection due to our busy working lifestyle. What attracted us to Daksha was that she offered an initial ‘Ask Daksha’ session where we arranged a video call with her as a couple and with our families to ask all about the wedding planning services she offered in detail. This allowed us to get to know Daksha as an individual and build a good relationship from the start of our wedding planning journey. Daksha came on board from the very start, where she not only recommended but happily came along to all our venue site visits (which ended up being multiple!) with both our families, providing her expertise along the way. After seeing her work at one of our friends’ weddings, we had no doubt in our mind that we wanted Daksha on board for our son’s wedding too. From the first phone call, Daksha and I connected well and she understood exactly what our requirements are and she went through every tiny detail with us. The best thing was she was a hands-on person, always available to take your call or answer your messages and give valuable advice. She is very thorough, patient to your needs, empathetic, gets the best of everyone and FIRM too. Additionally, Daksha also did the decor at the venue for us and it was magical. We wanted classy, simple botanical theme and she delivered it with such perfection. She also helped with all the stationary design and printing in line with the theme. She was in touch with all the suppliers prior to the event, and they looked to her for instructions on the day itself. This is her first South Indian Nikkah ceremony and she travelled this journey hand in hand with us and made it one of the most successful joyous events. She enabled us to have a complete stress free, enjoyable occasion for the whole family and the guests.
